Representative Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong client
relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and
promoting AT&T products to local businesses Develop a deep
understanding of client products and services to effectively
educate and advise customers on their benefits. Serve as the
primary contact for both new and existing clients, addressing their
needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Troubleshoot and resolve
client account issues, offering solutions that meet their business
objectives. Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell
relevant products to enhance client value. Provide insightful
business advice and recommendations to clients for improving their
operations. Retain client business by identifying challenges and
providing timely resolutions. Collaborate with the sales team to
suggest improvements that increase sales and customer
satisfaction.
