Come join our fun, diverse, energetic, professional, team-orientated culture and grow with us !Position SummaryAs our Solar Electrician, your primary responsibilities will include performing electrical runs, tie ins and pipe bending but not limited to performing additional responsibities. Requirements:

• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel
• 1+ Year experience in performing Electrical tie ins
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
  • Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentThe ideal candidate would possess the following skills and attributes:

    • Roofing/Electrical/construction experience is strongly preferred
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills
    • Detail-orientedJob Duties:
      • Travel to and from job sites and building departments
      • Perform electrical tie ins and electrical runs
      • Comfortability in working with 240 volt+
      • Pipe bending
      • Learn how to perform installation of PV systems
      • Perform electrical tie ins and electrical runs
      • Perform installation of PV systemsPhysical Demands:
        • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on residential rooftops, and able to work on your feet 8 hrs + daily
        • Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
