We are currently seeking a mid-level Family Law Attorney--with 3+ years of experience--who is ready to take the next step in their legal career in a firm that truly values its team.



Criminal defense experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

--- Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
--- Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks
--- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
--- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
--- Work closely with and provide leadership to administrative staff concerning client billing, client meetings and invoicing, as well as finalizing client projects


Qualifications:

--- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
--- Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
--- Able to work independently while handling multiple files
--- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in California and experience in representing clients for at least 2 years
