Pay Range:-- $22.00 to $25.80 per hour(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)We are looking for a Recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great TEAM members for all Chicken and Turkey Live Production locations including CA, AR, CO, LA, and PNW.A successful Recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, such as social media networks and Team Member referrals. Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.Essential Job Functions:Maintaining staffing requirements by staying informed of organizational plans and objectives as well as meeting with managers to discuss needs.Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit candidates.Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone screenings as well as in --person interviews.--Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, and meals, escorting applicant to interviews, and arranging visit and or on-site tours.Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.--Participate in job fairs and industry related career events; coordinate events with hiring managers.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates including colleges and universities.Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and negotiating terms.--Facilitate the onboarding and new hire process.--Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.--Assist and back-up HR staff in Department as needed with HR Administration tasks and customer service.--Perform pre-employment drug tests and assist with completion of background checks.Ensure I-9 documentation meets eligibility criteria prior to hiring of TEAM members.Special projects as assigned.--Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of recruiting experienceAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingBilingual English/SpanishExceptional customer service skills; Ability to work in a very faced-paced, constantly changing environment with TEAM members and applicants from diverse backgroundsProven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)Excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate drive and ability to work with minimal supervisionComfortable making decision independentlyExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsWorking knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systemsAbility to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methodsDeep understanding of employment laws and regulationsFamiliar with a wide variety of sourcing avenuesAbility to occasionally work varied shifts/weekends and travel to assist at other facilities.--Ability to multi-task to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
