Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language
Pathologist to join our team of professionals committed to
improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will provide expert
rehabilitation services to patients recovering from strokes,
injuries, and other major health events. You'll use your
specialized skills to create custom treatment plans that foster
patients' abilities to speak and swallow, helping them reclaim
their independence and enhance their quality of life. This position
requires a compassionate professional who is ready to work closely
with other healthcare experts in a supportive and sophisticated
medical environment. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language,
voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized
care plans based on individual patient needs. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Educate patients and their families on communication
techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate records and
documentation of patient progress. Participate in continued
education to remain current with industry standards and
technological advancements. Expertise in various speech and
language therapy techniques Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Knowledge of electronic

Insurance 401k ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in
Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license as a
