Job Description General Gastroenterology openings: Bakersfield, CA Position Details Multiple openings Full-time, permanent Employed Cap Exempt H1-B eligible Stable and growing Department Assist in growth of the Department Safety net and private practice model clinic sites Ambulatory Surgery Centers Flexible and equitable scheduling Established referral base assures full patient panel Compensation and Benefits Details Salary: $600K RVU Conversion Factor: $73 Call is 1:4 (included in base salary) Excess Call: $750 - per weeknight; 24 hours per weekend Starting Bonus: $50K Includes 25% of ECC Relocation reimbursement Excellent medical, dental, vision insurance options Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Paid Education Leave CME Reimbursement Retirement, vested day one Malpractice and tail coverage provided Loan Forgiveness Program Qualification About the Group Only designated level II trauma center in the area Serves as a tertiary medical center (222 beds) UCLA affiliated teaching hospital Group trains over 200 medical students, residents and fellows annually Graduate medical education programs in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatry and Pharmacy as well as Fellowship Programs in Child & Adolescent and Addiction Psychiatry and Infectious Disease Accredited stroke center Ten outpatient clinics for nearly 120,000 patients Three hospital campuses across the area: 245 beds, 156 beds, and 25 beds Network includes primary care clinics, rural health clinics, imaging centers, virtual inpatient care, Cancer Center and two mobile medical units.
