Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $255,000 - $290,000 Provider Bonus Plan Longevity Pay $5,000 added to salary every five years Sign-on Bonus with two or more years of commitment Relocation Assistance Medical $46 per paycheck Dental, and Vision Insurance Offered Student Loan Repayment – Up to $100,000 Vacation Pay – 18 Days 10 Paid Holidays Continuing Medical Education (CME): 32 hours, allowance of $2,500 Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Retirement Package – 403 (b) Plan and 457 (b) Plan Flexible Spending Account Employer-paid Malpractice Insurance Licensing fees paid by the employer Visa Assitance H-1B or J-1 Responsibilities: Providing Primary Care to Patients of All Ages in a Family Practice clinic setting 5-Day Week (90% Clinical / 10% Admin) Monday – Friday (8AM – 5PM) 22 Patients Per Day 100% Outpatient Ambulatory Services Requirements: Compassionate, patient-centered approach in primary care Clear and Active Medical License in the State of California M.D. or D.O.
