Job Description:
Job Description As Clinical Director, you’ll lead the delivery
of our behavioral health programs within community health centers,
ensuring exceptional clinical care and strong partnerships with our
FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center)partners. You’ll oversee
our on-the-ground care team — including therapists, case managers,
and community health workers — and support partner providers to
drive referrals, program adoption, and clinical outcomes. Required
Qualifications • Licensed behavioral health clinician (LCSW, LPC,
LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent) • 5 years of experience in behavioral
health or integrated care, including leadership responsibility in
care delivery organizations • Proven success managing clinician
relationships and driving referrals or program growth • Experience
managing and developing multidisciplinary clinical teams •
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams for
behavioral health patients • Comfortable working in field-based,
in-person settings across assigned markets
