Job Description:
Maxim Healthcare in Tulare, CA is hiring for a Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with and Adult patient in their own
home. Patient is dependent on G Tube.Pay: $28 per HourShifts:
Monday - FridayHours: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM$500 bonus is offered
after 30 billable work shifts and must work a minimum of 3 days a
week. A $250 is also offered for any referrals.For more

ProgramResponsibilities:Utilize the nursing process to assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment,
provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with
prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic
and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.Collects,
analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care
members and documents actual and/or potential nursing
diagnoses.Qualifications:Currently licensed as an LVN in the state
in which the LVN will practice.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Current
