Job Responsibilities of the CT -MRI Lead Technologist:

• Supervises the technical performance of all personnel to ensure high standards of quality.
  
• Acts as a resource individual for the technologists in need of aid.
  
• Responsible for the direction of the technologists and supporting personnel
  
• Evaluates and counsel employees regarding performance, conduct, and attendance.
  
• Is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of patients and procedures.
  
• Designates and trains technologists for CT and MRI and meets with them on a regular basis
  
  Minimum Job Requirements for the CT - MRI Lead Technologist:
  
  Must have current California Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Licensure and ARRT (R.T.)
  ARRT Certification in C.T. and MRI is highly preferred.
  ARMRIT Certification is acceptable in place of ARRT MRI Certification.
  Must have and maintain BLS or obtain it within the orientation process.
  Must have and maintain IV Certification or obtain it within 6 months of accepting the role.
  Must have one year of CT experience and one year of MRI experience
