As a member of a fast-paced department caring for patients from mid to low acuity, youll help oversee operations that contribute to over 26,000 surgical cases per year across the system. Your role will be key in maintaining efficient patient flow, enhancing outcomes, and delivering compassionate, coordinated care.Your direct contribution to Communitys mission is evident in how you coordinate patient care, foster staff development, drive performance improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
