Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

educational institution in Ridgecrest, CA is seeking qualified
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support an elementary
caseload during the upcoming contract school year from February 16,
2026, through May 28, 2026. This onsite position involves
delivering direct speech and language services within an elementary
school setting. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat
speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged
students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to
develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
Participate in team meetings and provide recommendations to support
students communication needs within the school environment Ensure
compliance with district policies and state regulations governing
speech-language services Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language
Pathology Certification (CCC) required Experience providing
speech-language services in a school setting preferred Expertise
working with elementary school-aged children Strong interpersonal
and communication skills for effective collaboration with students,
families, and educational staff Ability to work onsite full-time
during the designated contract period This contract position offers
a structured schedule with 37.5 work hours per week focused on
in-person service delivery. The role provides an excellent
opportunity for certified SLPs dedicated to supporting student
