active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Providing physical therapy
services to high school students with Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) requiring PT support, this role is essential in
supporting student progress within an educational setting. The
position is located in Tulare, CA, offering support throughout the
current school year on a per diem basis. Key Responsibilities: -
Deliver physical therapy services aligned with students IEP goals -
Conduct evaluations and implement tailored PT interventions -
Provide up to 120 minutes annually for consultations, with
potential for increased time as needed - Collaborate with
educational and support staff to optimize student outcomes -
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with
school policies Desired Qualifications: - Relevant physical therapy
licensure and credentials - Experience providing PT services in
school settings preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to work independently and manage scheduling
efficiently - Understanding of IEP processes and educational
regulations Location: - High School setting in Tulare, CA
