Job Description:
Community Holdings CA is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Regional Property Manager to join our team, dedicated to fostering
sustainable communities through innovative real estate management.
This role involves overseeing multiple properties across the
region, ensuring all properties are operating efficiently, and
maintaining the highest standards of service and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive manager with a strong
commitment to enhancing community living spaces and driving real
estate development. Direct and oversee operations, maintenance,
administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or
residential properties in the designated region. Plan, schedule,
and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling
or construction projects for commercial or residential properties.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
and building codes. Manage and lead staff, including property
managers, maintenance, and administrative personnel across multiple
sites. Develop and manage budgets, financial reports, and
projections. Coordinate leasing of properties, including marketing,
lease negotiations, and tenant relations. Implement and monitor
programs to maximize rental income and occupancy rates. Report
regularly on property status to senior management, suggesting and
executing strategies for improvement. Strong leadership and
personnel management skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously with a detailed, proactive approach Experience in
financial planning and budget management Knowledge of local real
estate law, lease negotiation, and property management Ability to
resolve conflicts and provide solutions Advanced proficiency in
property management software Certified Property Manager (CPM)
credential preferred Real Estate Broker’s license can be
advantageous
