Job Description

TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions has an immediate opportunity for a Temporary Receptionist on a part time basis with our client in Tulare, CA.

The Temporary Receptionist position will start this week on a part time basis and will conclude in approximately 1 to 2 months to cover for a leave of absence. This schedule for the Receptionist position will be part time Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM at 4 to 6 hours per day.

The Temporary Receptionist will be responsible for answering multi line phones, greeting customers, assisting management with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, written correspondence and general clerical tasks.

The pay rate for the Temporary Receptionist position is $13.00 per hour and will require some flexibility to work within the hours listed at 4 to 6 hours per day for up to 2 months.

Requirements of the Temporary Receptionist to Include:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience within a similar role
  • Must be able to commit for up to 2 months on a part time basis
  • Professional business communication skills required (Interpersonal, Verbal and Written)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
