Pay Rate: $16.70 per hourShift Hours: 6 am - 2 pm +OT(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS--Includes but is not limited to:Responsible for palletizing cases of chicken products and loading the pallets into trailersProduct is sorted by code, pre-price, and master order numberVerification of quantity and product code is performed by using a scanning gun held over the product code on each boxHelp maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements----Includes but is not limited to:Good communication, interpersonal skills, and work well with othersRead and write numbers, math skills, communication skills and ability to identify problems with labels, scan guns, rider pallet jacks, and forkliftsAble to work in 28F cold environmentMust be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floorMust be able to show computer knowledge to deal with incoming and outgoing trucksMust be able to life 65+ LBSMaintain management standards.
